Unable to view emails in Monday.com (ONLY TITLES)

Hi Bianca, I read the info and it was easy to set up but the email was not added in the email field from the selected board (I followed the ‘Create contacts automatically’ instructions carefully). Could I have your email address and invite you to join? You will see what I have done so far. Would this be possible? Also, I still can’t read emails received after the following:

1 - I created a new contact in the contact board
2 - I sent a test email using monday.com CRM to my work gmail email.
3 - I replied to the test email.
4 - When I go to monday.com CRM, I do see my reply but when I click on the email to read, it does not allow me. I only see the title. This is the problem that I’m having since I purchased monday.com months ago.

Could we also set up a time with a specialist to do a zoom call so someone can actually see my monday.com set up (share the screen)?
