Hi,
I use Monday.com as a platform for documenting events and sends them to my clients via a WhatsApp bot connected to Monday.com via Webhook.
I want to add a feature where the customer can update is own input on a specific event (item).
My idea is to add a form that updates the client input cells.
To achive that i need to be able to automatically create a web link that will be added to a cell in each item that will lead to the form that updates that specific item.
I couldn’t find any previous information on the subject, does anyone have any ideas on how to approach the problem?

You can use the Duplicates and Uniques app to update an item through a form.
