Updates via email from Outlook does not show To or CC

Hello

We have started sending BCC (updates via email) to items within our boards and have noticed that they just go in as updates with an email icon.

There are not details of who the email was sent To or CC’d to.

Is there a way to get this information in the updates automatically.

I think there is a workaround if you forward the email to the “email to board” feature. Not sure but worth a try
