Hello Non Profit Enterprise Users,
We recently requested to upgrade to Enterprise and have submitted all of the appropriate paperwork and agreed to the base fees for 25 users. We accepted the terms on February 7th and have not heard back. I put a support ticket in on February 23rd and the agent who replied stays in touch with me but she doesn’t have any idea when we will be upgraded.
How long does this take? We’ve been previously approved for non-profit pricing and we have been using the system for months.
