User who mysteriously becomes Admin

How is it possible in the sub-element to find this User as Admin with crown when in the Main Panel he is a simple User?

The blue crown indicates that the user is a board owner, not an admin per definition.

The user in question (Leonardo) is not the owner of the board. Here are the ownership and sharing settings…
