In my position, I manage our workflows for multiple verticals. We get leads from residential neighborhoods, churches, schools, businesses, etc. As of now, when the prospect fills out the lead request online they choose a ‘category’, but they often choose the wrong one.
I’ve now set up the AI block of ‘When an item is created categorize item name, into Business Type’ and it’s doing great! By correctly choosing the Business Type, the lead is assigned to the correct sales person and keeps leads from having delays in contact.
