Using Monday.com as a Learning Management System

Has anyone set up Monday.com successfully as a Learning Management System (LMS)? We are using the Work Management module. We would need several levels / boards building an overall workflow:

Employee Board: list of active employees that require training based on an assigned role / profile
Example: Jane Doe, active employee, Senior Data Entry Tech

Training Plan: list of training courses that are required for each role / profile including a link to the training material stored e.g. on Sharepoint; needs an option to manage version updates for the courses (version 1 is expired, version 2 is now active)
Example: Data Entry Guidelines, version 2, Training Material URL, Quiz URL, required for Senior Data Entry Tech and Junior Data Entry Tech

Training Assignments: list of training course assignments to each employee, based on their role / profile; when a course is assigned to an employee an email notification should be sent to the employee with the course URLs; the course assignment should happen via an automation based on the Employee Board and the Training Plan
Example: Jane Doe, Data Entry Guidelines, version 2, Training Material URL, Quiz URL, Status: pending

The employee would click on the URL in the email notification, read the training material, then click on the Quiz URL and perform the quiz. We were thinking of using a form for the quiz that would have to be setup for each course and should get auto-scored (passed/failed) e.g. using automations. The Status in the Training Assignments board would need to be updated to passed or failed.

After passing the quiz, the employee should receive an email, ideally with a training certificate (e.g. in pdf format) attached. Instead of a quiz, some courses would require an electronic signature for a read-and-understood confirmation of e.g. a work instruction. The system would allow for refresher trainings (i.e. no new version of the training material, but a refresher training every 2 year is required).
