Hi All – We are a sports equipment installation company and utilize Monday.com for all of our project management. Our current bidding software is grossly out of date and I am looking into ways we could utilize Monday.com to create bids. Ideally we could load all of our product data and installer pricing into the system and put together custom bids from that. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your input/help!

- Bids Board – Use connected boards & mirror columns to pull pricing into custom bids.
- Automations & Templates – Streamline calculations, approvals, and document generation.
- Dashboards – Track bid performance and costs.
For advanced needs, Monday API or integrations (DocuGen, Make, Zapier) can help. Hope this helps!
The way I would approach it is with a bid board with columns for project name, documents, project cost and client.
Tie this together with some automation for email approvals you have the basics of managing your project proposals.
