When a specific person is assigned a subitem, copy the subitem into another specific board

I have an Active Projects Board that has subitems where people are assigned to. When a person is assigned to the subitem, I want the automation to copy the subitem to a specific board based on the the specific person that I assigned it to.

Is this currently possible?
