When sending an email with multiple monday custom board email addresses (@*.monday.com) in recipients, only one board receives the item while others are ignored. This used to work previously but has become inconsistent in the last few days.
Interesting… a couple things I’d want to clarify before assuming it’s broken:

Are you putting the monday board emails in To, CC, or BCC?

Is it always the same board that receives it, or does it vary?

Are the emails being sent from the same sender each time?

Did anything change recently with email integrations, permissions, or domains?

Roughly how many board email addresses are you including at once?

Only one board email is processed per incoming email. Multiple monday board email addresses in the same email are not reliably supported.
Send separate emails to each board’s email address instead of including multiple in one message. Make sure each email has only one @*.monday.com recipient.
This behavior can appear inconsistent, but the system only guarantees processing for a single board per email.
