Hi Everyone, just spoke with the team and due to other responsibilities and priorities, the team is not currently working on the development of the feature. While there is no definite timeline for this feature, it is something that the team is planning to get to in the future. The team mentioned that they would love to hear more feedback to help them decide when to prioritize this feature.

In the meantime, there are some great apps that can help you with this and you can look through the thread for suggested apps from our community.

I am really surprised this isn’t a priority. I was hoping this would come along with the CRM sequences feature that is in the Pipeline. As I would expect to send HTML Formatted Emails to my customers in sequences. Sending plain Text Emails is really something of the past to be honest.

This feature would also really benefit our team quickly.

Hey Is there is any way we as developer can build this feature?

Yes, please. We really need this feature for our form submission confirmation email. We use the email integration to send submitters the content of their submissions, but they are currently unable to verify whether they have submitted the correct attachments, as the email does not include their attachments.

What a shame it’s not a priority. We desperately need this but we are not authorised to spend anymore money buying apps, especially when it’s something that the tool should provide.
It isn’t really acceptable for you to expect your customers to pay money to third parties for basic features, rather than fixing it yourself. Wish I’d raised this with Eran at Elevate last week.

We really need this feature in work management. When we add a file and set up our email automations, it adds it as a link in the body of the email. We need it as an attachment in the email as the receiving email can only read attachments. Disappointing to see that almost 5 years later and still nothing…

Hi everyone! Thank you for your continued feedback around the ability to include attachments in emails sent through our integrations.

We’re happy to share that this feature is now in progress and is currently planned for release in Q3 2025! We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get closer to release. Thank you again for your input!

@amybronstein Has there been any update on this solution? Projected launch date?

Hello everyone! We wanted to give you all a quick heads up about a prioritization shift for upcoming feature releases. As part of the ongoing review of our roadmap, we have decided to focus on other capabilities within the Integrations domain for now.

This means that this specific feature will take a bit more time to reach you, but it’s still on our radar, and the team is continuing to make progress behind the scenes! Thanks for your continued patience and understanding. We’ll be sure to share more updates as things evolve!

Hi,

New here to the community.

My name is Juan and i have 18+ in the industry. I’m currently in search for solo projects to do and i came across this, which interested me.

Last night i made an mvp of this requirement as a monday app.

Is anyone still interested in this? Should i sync more time into deliverying this to potential customers? I made an mvp using SendGrid, which can utimately have your worksheets been sent frfom you outlook account. i know just having a button that you can sign in straight into you outlook outcome would probably be preffered, but on the development side, that has a cost. So in the spirit of keeping costs low i decided to go with SendGrid.

Thanks for anyone that replies.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Fridays

–Juan

Hi Shivani (and everyone else on this thread!)

You can add attachments to emails and templates in SuperMail.

Try it out - it’s a game changer.

Casso .app fixes this in Monday. You can use any email platform, saves your email and replies as comments, attachments are all saved to task, can update existing tasks using task urls, use multiple email threads to one task, updates the attachments in a task with those attachments. No duplicates, zaps, extensions.
