As an admin or power user, I want to be able to quickly report errors (bugs) or new ideas so that I can get back to my work and be productive with my time.
You have created a pain point to navigate away from the product you are working in, open a new tab, log in again, have two different sets of credentials, possibly get locked out, then report the issue. It’s just too much. All this extra process and steps is unnecessary. I am a Prod Mgr. and had to searching for a while to learn how to find this site just to report it. Simplify this whole process please. Give me an option from inside Monday.com to report the needed, provide the screenshot or image, and URL and previous 5 steps what I was doing before encountering the bug.
