Hi Everyone! I have a manufacture of truck bodies company aound 60 employees.
We have about 10 stages of manufacturing (use any 10 stages as examples), each stages has more than 2 group of team who can handle the process of each stages, each type of truck bodies use different stages among those ten stages but not all, it varies with the type of truck bodies ( use random examples). Each stage depends on the completion of the first previous stages.
I want to auto assign each stages to the first available teams that can handle the process of that stage, but I don’t have the team email, as the overall work manager, i just want to auto assign job probably to their name and then tell them thier task by mouth or i print it out and paste it to the billboard for them to see.
I’ll appreciate any advice or help! Thanks in advance
Hi @Rhayr01, this sounds like it would be a pretty advanced set up. In terms of it could require multiple boards and several automations to get it rolling. I believe you would probably be greatly benefitted by utilizing Monday.com alongside an automations program like Make.com in order to operate all these tasks. Make.com would be able to help keep track of all operating procedures and make the required changes on Monday for those manufacturing stages. We could create a to solely track the movements of teams or individuals and then check availability based on that.
