This works now, however every time you add a person in a column that is only needed to assign that person at a different moment in your process it will unnessarily send a notification to that person, and also add the item already as a task in their “My Work”. Which is confusing, so if you havent please vote here too; Mute People-columns not meant for assigning tasks - Feature requests - monday Community Forum
