Automation of custom fields in a formatted, templated paragraph

Hello! My goal is to take performance data for a client from different columns in Monday and have them automatically roll into a formatted template to copy and paste into an email.

Here is the goal:

  • Portfolio Return/Risk: Custom number/custom number

  • Target Return/Risk: Custom number/custom number

My firm uses outlook, and from what I can tell I cannot effect the format of the email automations. I’ve poked around, and my best bet so far is either through an automation that creates an update, or a formula column. Any guidance, ideas or similar formulas the community has built that I could work off would be much appreciated!

I believe this would have to utilize an integration from the monday app marketplace.

There are a couple that could be useful, such as MailChimp, and SuperMail.

I personally have only tested SuperMail, so can only speak for it. It gives 25 free mails a month, past that is a subscription model, but depending on how many emails you need to send per month, you may be able to get by with the free edition
