I have set up the same notification across multiple boards, in which, "When Status changes to “Sent” move item to “Accounting Department board” and notify “Person A” (aka. item creator will be notified that her request is being processed) and notify “Person B” (aka. Accountant will be notified of the new request from Person A) and notify “Person C” (aka Accountant assistant will also be notified of the new request to follow up). However, none of the recipients receive the notification as set up.
Can someone please point out what is wrong with this notification? Any help/ insight you provide would be much appreciated. Thank you!
