I am trying to figure out how to change the first column (item) so when a form is entered it does not just say Incoming form Answer. I would like to take another column in the board and have it mirrored into ITEM column. Is that possible? – this would be a mirror on a single board. Or just any automation that would allow me to set what is showing in the ITEM column to make activities easier to track in the log and to avoid confusion when going through the board.

If you go into the form → Edit Form → Customize (at the top) → monday.com settings (right side bar) → Select include name question in form
It will populate a text field on the form titled “Name” I always change the name of this to be something like “Request Summary” so it is more clear what it is.
This allows you to add a question in the form which populates the item name. I believe it can only be a a text field, so I am not sure if this will work for you.
