we need a good board for all assets - asset management library, where anyone on the team has access to whatever they need on an organized way.

Within the platform, you can head to the template centre by selecting to add a new board from a template.
Once in the centre, you can find templates specific for digital asset management:

This view allows you to view all your important item details in one very visual, gallery-like display.

I’d recommend starting with the resources above and trying out the templates as a starting point!
You can then customise the templates to your exact needs
