Hi- the company I work with uses Monday to organize clinics and patients. We use separate boards for each clinic, and also boards for internal company communication.
Under the board title there is a notes section where we drop a lot of detailed information regarding each clinic that several different people in different departments see, including the doctors and staff at our clinics.
These changes would help organize the notes section and make things quickly visible:

Im new to Monday and wanted to tap your expereince of confidentail patient notes. Im the only clinicisn in my organisation so as such need to be able to type client notes that others such as marketing cant see. Ive set up a client board but am struggling to work the best palce to add progress notes which are often years long so need more than 2000 characters. How do you guys do it? Ive tried adding a workdoc to the files section. But the workdoc-progress notes from client A seem to show up in client Bs line as well. I would like to be able to keep updating the notes directly in monday rather than having to upload from Microsfit 365. any suggestions? Thanks for yor time… Lizz
One thing you could try is adding the “Notes” app to that board. The Thing that is cool about it is that when you add any note on an item, you do so in a calendar type view. Then in the notes tab, you can click on an item and it will show you the date each note was added. I believe its $6 month to have access to the feature after a 14 day free trial. You can also show all notes for one item, and scroll through and again, see what date the note was posted. I think they’ll improve the whole thing in the future, because it allows you to create a subject title for each note, although right now I don’t believe its searchable. I also don’t know what permissions there are to restrict the view. Good luck!
