It would be nice if Monday could have the ability on each board to show users (or even just admins) what percentage of space that board has used already, that way planning actions for space conservation or re-strategizing our processes can be done before we are down tot he wire on board space. We get notifications after 80%, 90%, etc., but I wish we could have the ability to actively check the space usage. Additionally, it would be good if the space usage could be used to trigger automations.
This is a great feature request. I just found out that we had a limit of items on the board, this was completely new to me and kind of caught me by surprise as we implemented monday boards to be included in our day to day operation. We do jobs/projects year-round, and the limit itself is a huge limitation to us that the platform has.
Seeing your request, with this we would be able to duplicate the board structure with an automation or start working on another board in the meantime. An automation for this function would be perfect.
