On the same team, we have two users who are BOTH owners of a board.
On the default view, only one user can see the mirror columns.
The other user can’t. Tried both logins on the same PC, same thing happens.
Can someone help ?

Do both users have the same access and permissions (like board ownership) for the board(s) the mirror comes from?

As @basdebruin flagged in his reply, in most cases when one user can see mirror column data and another cannot, this is usually down to permission issues.
Both users will need to have access to the board/s that the mirror data originated from, as well as the board that holds the mirror column.
Without this, it is expected that the mirror column would not appear.
Could you please check the permission settings for both users and let us know if this resolves the issue?

Hi All. Thanks for the interest and support on this.
I was able to communicate with Monday support team on this (created a ticket) and the developpers pitched in to help.
It turned out that a 3rd board was the problem. I had cloned one of the two main boards to use as a testing board. Turns out that on this cloned board the permissions weren’t right, but I still had columns linked to my main boards.
Once the permissions on that 3rd board were fixed/corrected, all started to work perfectly !
