Cannot invite people to boards that I own

Hello,

when I try to invite people to boards that I created / own, sometimes I can invite them, but sometimes I get the following error screen:

I excplictly AM the owner of the board and wear my crown

Funny enough:
When I duplicate my board, I can invite people to the duplicated board. But then, after a while some boards give me the same error again.

I could invite 2 people of my team onto this shared board, when trying to invite other people the screen popped back up again.

I use monday for 2.5 years now, but this issue is new to me.

What am I missing? Is this a bug? Is it related to a new feature and I have not setup some necessary framework to invite people to my boards?

Help is highly appreciated, as it stops me from inviting people to project boards with strict timelines.

EDIT: If I click invite about a dozen times, sometimes I get the cactus now, sometimes I can invite people. This seems to be a monday issue?

Thanks in advance.
Timo

Being that it shows it has ā€œNO Membersā€, I’m leaning towards a bug. Can you invite yourself?

When the ā€œcactus screenā€ shows up, I cannot invite anybody.

I also lean towards bug, as when I click the ā€œinviteā€ button repeatedly, after 5 or 6 tries I do not get the error screen but can actually invite people.

So I think it is a monday.com problem, sadly the platform has had a higher amount of issues lately.

I just had the same issue come up on my account. I put in a ticket with support, if you haven’t yet, I’d recommend doing so. support@monday.com
