Change text column to hyperlink column (with Zendesk ticket URL)

Hi Everyone,

We have a challenge with our monday board. We use Zendesk and have a text column containing Zendesk ticket numbers, for example “12345”. We are trying to convert this column into a link column so that the Zendesk ticket appears as a link.

Is it possible to use the contents of the text column to automatically populate a new link column like this:

Old Text Column: 12345
New Link Column: https://companyname.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/12345

It’s difficult to do it by hand as there are hundreds of entries in the board.

The simplest solution would be to use General Caster (in monday app marketplace) or create a simple Integromat scenario.
