CommuniHub - replies to emails are not being received

Sending emails from inside CommuniHub is working properly but replying to that same email is not being delivered to CommuniHub.

We have to attend to the responses on our mail client (Outlook) instead of inside CommuniHub.

Ben here from the CRM team. It sounds like you may have a connection issue between gmail and Revoking access, and then re-syncing usually does the trick.

If the issue is happening with Gmail, you can follow the instructions here- Gmail connection error

Once you have done that, you can recreate the connection, and the issue should be fixed.
