Consultation authorizations

Hello, it’s me again!

I recently upgraded to the Enterprise plan, mainly to be able to change the consultation authorizations.

However, it doesn’t seem to be working, or maybe it’s me who misunderstood it.

I have one board where two teams have access to it. For each item, a team will be assigned to it (one or the other). I want that if I assign team 1, then team 2 doesn’t see the item and vice versa. But it doesn’t work: nobody from any of the two teams is able to see the items, the board just comes up blank.

I tried assigning a person instead of a team, and the issue still remains.

Have you got filters applied or a restricted view in place? That may be adding to the issue. Happy to help you figure this out but we may need to connect and sync to get it properly set up.
