Is there a way to get information from a board with contact information to auto-populate in columns on another board? I know that I can connect the boards, but I am unable to figure out how to populate the information.
Here is what I am trying to do. I want to have 3 boards:
- Contact Board: Where I would have contact names, company names, phone #s, emails, etc.
- Task Board: This would be were we would track the progress of the tasks.
- Invoice Board: This would have the information of the 2 other boards to invoice.
I have the Task Board already feeding all of the information into the Invoice Board by connecting the items through the automation. I just need to connect the Contact Board. I know that I can create a mirror column for the information, but do I have to connect the information to both boards? And, how do I get all of the information. Do I need to create a mirror column for each column in the Contact Board.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
