All,
i finally found a solution for this Case and want to share with you.
Usecase:
New Project listed as one Line (Item) in the Project & Portfolio Approval Board.
With approval a new Item will be created (with all project Request Data) at the right Project Board Template.
Then within the Template Board following Automatization was installed.
When item is Created then create new board from this template and delete the item…to finally be clean and fresch for the next Project to be created.
