Creating Subitems based on subject line

Hello,

I am looking to automate the creation of subitems to a specific subject in an email conversation.
Background:
I have an integration built out through our outlook platform, when we receive emails regarding a certain thread we get a new item created in the Monday Group for projects. I, then have to manually convert this to a subitem and select the parent project based on additional factors.
Rather than doing this manually I would like to know if there is a way to automate this.

Hi. I suggest to check out Extract Updates app for creating specific triggers based on specific phrase or a word. With extract you can trigger a status change and then use automations to create sub item. I hop this helps.
