Hello! Has anyone else noticed a sudden glitch or change in their shared dashboards? We have several that we share with clients that are suddenly showing information we’ve pointedly filtered out. On the internal side the filters are correct and showing the appropriate information, but the shared link is showing more than that. It’s happening on several of our dashboards. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, is it a Monday glitch or something that can be worked around? Thanks!

Hi Alex, that is odd. Here are some steps to try to rule some things out at least:
Dashboards:
- Switch to new/old dashboard engine (the opposite of what you have to check if that is the issue)
- Ensure you have saved filters in edit mode, then switch it back to view mode
- Check if the clients are Dashboard Owners (remove it if so)
Board views via shareable link e.g. Chart view
- Lock view to restrict edits
- Check if you have saved your filters
- Make sure they aren’t Board Owners (remove it if they are)

To help us get to the bottom of this, it would be super helpful if you could share some visuals of what you’re seeing. This will allow us to figure out if the issue is related to a shareable board or a shareable link, since filter behavior can vary depending on that.
