Delayed reply/or hack

Today I got a message from Monday.com support saying they’d had a support request. It included a message that had apparently been sent to them by me today. However, I never sent it to them. The information in the message about my business was accurate though, so I don’t know if it was a message I sent months ago (and forgot about), or whether it was someone impersonating me. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve contacted support, but heard nothing back yet.
