I’ve set up a something like an IT ticket workflow using the board email address to automatically create a new item in our board. The use case is to track privacy requests that come to firstname.lastname@example.org email address, then gmail auto forwards that message to the monday board address. The problem is the sender’s email address is not included anywhere in the monday board. Does anyone know how to capture that detail so that we can actually look up the person making the request?

How have you set up this integration with your gmail? Is it by using this recipe?
If so, whenever an email is sent, it gets created on monday and will have in the update section all relevant information, including the sender.
