Emails sent by Automation do not apply Email Column Customization Settings

Currently Monday.com boards allow us to set up an Automation to send an email using Outlook when triggered by an action like new item creation or status change. See link to Monday documentation here (https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011895179-Outlook-Integration).

Monday.com also allows the addition of an Email column to a board that includes customization settings for including pulse name in the subject, CC to pulse, and BCC to a user-defined email list. However, Monday does not apply the selected customization options for the Email column to emails sent via automations. It would be useful if emails sent via automation allowed recipients to reply all to the email and record their response as an Update to the item in Monday as per the “CC to pulse” customization setting in the selected email column.
