Our team is interested in taking advantage of the ‘Emails & Activities’ integration. However, we currently don’t use Outlook or Gmail for our emails.
We’re seeking assistance to still use (an integration like) ‘Emails & Activities,’ whether by connecting our emails to a Gmail/Outlook account, using Zapier, or exploring other options.

Hi @Steven1 , it seems like the emails and activities features work only with Gmail and outlook at the moment. There are other ways to potentially do some basic integration, but you won’t be able to get all the features, specially the filteration based on the task name.
Your best shot would be to do an email migration to gmail to fully utilize this feature.

If you’re an active user of Gmail/Outlook and you’d like to exchange emails based on board actions, then using third-party integrations is the right choice! This approach works well if you would like to gather emails received to your email address and automatically change them into board items on monday.com.
If you’re looking to implement custom email integrations, hire monday.com integrations experts from a recognized service provider. These experts will help keep your email communication centralized and tracking the details of every interaction easier.
