Export column from Excel in Monday column

HI all,
I saw a discussion from 2021 on importing one column from Excel into a existing column in a Monday board (like names or email addresses) and based on what I read and saw it is still not possible.

Can someone confirm? Is there a workaround so that I do not have to manually copy/paste 200 items from one excel column to a monday column?

Would love to see a native option though that doesn´t require extra payment.
