Font and color of Restricted Fields

I’ve noticed that when a column is restricted from editing, it appears much lighter in color or grayed out. Am I the only one that thinks this is hard on the eyes? We have up to 50 columns on some boards with many having permissions in place. Is it possible to restrict editing without making it difficult to view the information in the column? Example in the image below. It isn’t hard to tell which columns this user is restricted from editing.

I agree. I would rather it not look different for the ones who have Read-Only privileges. They wouldn’t have any idea and therefore wouldn’t ask to have full access or question why they only have Read-Only.
