Are you able to format the Outlook automation email notification? For example can I make some of the text bold or underlined?

At this time, email automations (Outlook and Gmail) only have basic text formatting. Users cannot bold, italicize, or underline text in their email templates yet. However, it looks like a feature request was recently submitted to prioritize this on the Product Roadmap. You can upvote it here: Enhanced Text Formatting for Automated Emails.
