I’d love to see an option for text formatting in email templates used with automated email automations (linked to Outlook). Currently, the inability to add bullet points, bold, or italics makes emails harder to read and less effective for recipients.
Adding basic formatting options would improve clarity, enhance communication, and create a more professional email experience—especially for teams using Monday.com for project updates, approvals, and client communications.
