I am trying to capture Gmail exchanges in CommuniHub even when they continue elsewhere, e.g. on the web or using a mobile client.
The approach I’m trying is to try to set up forwarding for all outgoing mail (this Gmail account is just for Monday.com exchanges) to the BCC tracking address, <my.domain>@crm.monday.com.
But to confirm I have access to the address I’m forwarding to, Gmail sends a confirmation code. I’ve tried putting my own email address in a pulse, hoping the BCC tracking address would add the confirmation code email as an update. But no such luck.
Dead end? Alternatives?
