I’m using the Contacts template and seem to have it all confiugured properly – except for one detail: emails are not logged in the Emails & Activities area.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- I’ve connected my Gmail account to Monday.com (see screenshot below).
- I’ve set it to log outgoing emails from Gmail that are bcc’d to the email address (see screenshot below)
- I created a new contact Jane Doe with the email address email@example.com.
- In Gmail, I forwarded the last message from Jane via bcc to firstname.lastname@example.org (see the screenshot below)
Nothing happens. I don’t see any updates in the Emails & Activities box. What am I doing wrong?
