I have a shared calendar where the lady in the office inputs my leads. I’ve been trying to make it so when a lead is added, it pulls their name, appointment date, time, lead source, phone number, and email from the event. Is this possible?

the out of the box google integration only syncs name, time, date from Monday.com to Google calendar. In order to get the additional detail information you would need some custom integration using zapier or integromat or something the like.
