I am attempting to use the built in Harvest integration to create items on a board in Monday whenever an entry is created in Harvest. I’m having some issues getting all of them to come over though. I’m currently an admin in my Harvest instance with manager set for most projects, but it’s still only creating entries for what appears to be certain people. I can see all of the time entries within Harvest, but they just won’t all come over.
What settings do I need to insure are in place to create an item for every entry?
This sounds like a scenario in which our integrations specialists might want to take a closer look at how it’s set up in your account so they can figure out what’s causing this.
Could you send them a message here with a screen recording of the behavior?
I figured if there was an answer, it would be good for the wider community since the documentation doesn’t cover this particular topic. I’ve submitted my question to the linked form. I’ll try and post any followup here.
I have been working with Monday.com support for quite some time on this. They say they’ve got it fixed for me, but I haven’t been able to confirm yet. No indication as to what the problem was/is, but it seems like they found some issues in their code.
Try deleting your integration completely, including the recipe, and test it out again. If that doesn’t work, unfortunately, I think you’ll have to create a ticket.
