How to create a Task with Sub-items via template upload or integration?

Hi Monday community,

I am looking to create tasks with sub-items either via either a template import or an integration to Google Sheets.
I have attached a screenshot Excel sheet and the end result I would like.

Any suggestions on how to make this happen, assuming that it is possible, would be great!
