We have a LONG form set up in JotForm for our sales team to take notes on each discovery call with a potential client. Is there a way to create a Zap that would trigger when a new form is submitted and create an update on the matching pulse on our Lead Tracking board so that we can save the form submission there for the team? I’m getting stuck on the Zapier step where I have to map out the pulse ID.
I’m not certain but I would assume you would need to add the pulse Id column within Monday then reference that column. Then use a filter to make sure it goes to the matching pulse. The filter could say something like “ pulse name equal to form name “ or whatever is similar in your use case… hope this helps
