I need help with view only permissions

I use monday for client project management, I have upgraded to pro, so I can use the private board feature, however, I want to show a board per client, and for the client to be able to not comment on anything within that board, so just view only.

I added myself through a test email, however, when I go to change the permissions to view only, the board dissaperes from my view.

Does anyone know how to give a client, or someone outside of my organisation view only access to a specific board?

I would suggest to make your boards shareable and add user(s) for the client as a guest user. In Administration > Permissions you can set the permission level for guest users.
