Hello,
It would be great if you can include the rating columns in Automations. For example, I consider useful an automation like this: When STATUS changes to something, then increase/decrease the rating.
Thanks!

Simple: make ratings columns (1-5 stars) eligible for assignment in automations. Thank you!
How can you do it?
@Yariv I’m not too sure how to achieve this with the monday native formula column but with this app, you can use a recipe like this to achieve that result.
eGive it a try and let me know if it works for you. The app is free to try out too.
Formula PRO: Advanced Automations for native monday formula columns, Mirror Columns & Subitems!
Find it on the monday app marketplace.
I would like to see more default automations for rating. i want to have an options where “if rating meets X requirement, then do this”
We want to track how many times, counting wise, we followed up with a customer manually so that we can know how many times we pinged a customer. So if there is 1 mark on follow up rating column then we know we tried following up already one time. We then reach out to the customer again, update the date column by moving the date to a future date and adding a +1 to the rating so it is now two and then continue up to three times. After that we, if we don’t hear back, we close the deal as abandon. But we want it to also send the deal to three different groups, follow up 1, follow up 2, and follow up 3.
So the automation will be something like.
If date has arrived check, and in quote stage and the deal rating is 0 then it will move the deal to follow-up group 1
Manually we reach out to customer again and after sending the email we add 1 to the rating, run automation to move the deal back to quote status and group, and auto set date to two weeks in advance
then if date arrives again but rating is a 1 already then it moves to follow-up two and we repeat the steps.
But so far it looks like the rating system doesn’t work at all with automations and you need 3rd party but even third party can’t do the use cases we have for it.
