The Accountants and I would appreciate it if Monday.com could send the Invoices and Refunds via E-Mail with PDF so you don’t get an E-Mail-Notification to go to an Easter egg hunt on the Monday.com website to download your Invoice which is mentioned in the E-Mail. Especially, the Invoices for the Integrations are difficult to find. All other companies also send their invoices by E-Mail, and the accountants and I like to spend our time differently.

The most frustrating email I get from Monday.com, telling me we’ve renewed, and now I have to wait 24 hours to get the invoice for accounts.
- It’s a waste of an email. Digital waste costs carbon.
- It’s a waste of my time reading it.
- It’s typically a waste of my time, as every month I go to the Monday admin treasure hunt to get the invoice (as I always seem to miss the link in the email since it’s missable), forget I have to wait 24hrs, and come back.
- Then there is having to go to the admin in the first place to get an invoice that could be attached to the email.
- Let’s not forget then putting an email together to the card receipt service to submit the invoice for our accountants.
All of which could be improved by simply sending the admin user of Monday.com an email with the invoice attached that can be forwarded (which I can set up to do automatically with inbox rules). Eliminating all the steps above.
