Less brief description in My Work - Monday specific Calendar option?

Being as the gantt chart doesn’t work on the app, we find it hard to easily view tasks we need to do that week and who they are assigned to without clicking onto the job - would there be a way to view it easier on the app? A Calander interface may be good perhaps to show jobs made and what date deadlines are.
