I am using Monday AI automations to have a summary column so account managers can get a quick summary of a project’s status, based on the item’s updates. This automation is not picking up anything that is an update in the subitems though and those are important elements of the overall project. Monday AI automations need to be able to read updates from an item’s subitems to provide a complete summary.
You might try the Subitem Automation app. There is a recipe in that one where any update on a subitem can be copied to the parent item.
Could you kindly share the solution?
I’m also looking to get updates from the sub-items rolled up to the main items.
