Hi there, I’m trying to set a form automation to create a new board from template when item is created. It appears that all the settings are correct, but when the form is submitted meeting all of the requirements, it does not create a new board. Does anyone know where I’m stuck?

Is the item created with all those status already applied? If the status is changed after creation I assume the automation would not run. It would be if status changes to X ? I assume you have simplied back to try only 1 scenario to see if it runs to help narrow where the issue is? Do you have the option of adding this a a workflow in your account rather than an automation? (Enterprise plan)?
