I wanted to know if you guys could possibly incorporate a way to arrange notifications from oldest to newest or newest to oldest.
The scenario is as follows:
Our managers are not constantly on the platform, however, they try to check their notifications regularly. Seeing as they are subscribed to a lot of items, they receive tons of notifications and rather want to tend to/check older notifications first as opposed to always working from the top of the list and possibly missing something that someone is waiting for feedback on.
I hope this makes sense.
